CM lays foundation stones for power projects worth ₹10.42 crore in Budgam
BUDGAM — Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday laid foundation stones for key power infrastructure projects worth over ₹10.42 crore in Budgam district, aimed at improving power quality, augmenting distribution capacity and strengthening the local grid infrastructure.
The projects include a 33/11 KV (1×10 MVA) Receiving Station, an Electric Workshop at Sub Division Beerwah and a Sub Divisional Office Building at Sonpah.
The initiatives are expected to enhance power reliability and improve electricity distribution, thereby improving the quality of life for residents of the area. — (KIMS)
