Srinagar February 02: In a bid to combat pollution, Srinagar Smart City’s E-buses have become a vital solution for inaccessible routes. However, a new challenge emerges as passengers neglect ticket purchases, posing a potential threat to the future of this service. General Manager Anuj Kumar Malhotra urges commuters to buy tickets, assuring that CCTV cameras on the e-buses are actively monitoring conductors’ adherence to proper ticketing procedures. Those found neglecting their duties are promptly terminated to ensure accountability and the sustainability of the service.
