SRINAGAR — The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a 535-page chargesheet against an arrested accused and three killed Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists in connection with the February 22 terror attack in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The chargesheet was filed before the NIA Special Court in Jammu against arrested accused M ane er Ahmed, son of Mohammad Yousuf Koli, a resident of Naidgam, Chatroo, Kishtwar, and three killed Pakistani terrorists, including Saifullah, a JeM commander, and Atiq Nazir alias Atiq Ur Rehman.
According to the NIA, the chargesheet details the conspiracy and the roles of the accused in the attack at Wani Mohalla, Passer Kote, Chatroo, on February 22, 2026.
