Baramulla Gears Up for ‘Mulaqat’ Interfaith Dialogue; Preparatory Meeting Held Ahead of July 19 Conference
Save Youth Save Future Foundation reviews arrangements; Deputy Commissioner Baramulla assures full administrative support
Baramulla, July 14: As part of the preparations for the upcoming “Mulaqat” Interfaith Dialogue, scheduled to be held on July 19, 2026, at Dak Bungalow, Baramulla, the Save Youth Save Future Foundation convened a preparatory meeting under the chairmanship of its Chairman, Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Anika Nazir, President of the Women’s Wing, Mr. Mudasir Ahmad Dar, Zonal President (South Kashmir), district coordinators, core body members, and senior office bearers of the Foundation.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the event schedule, finalized coordination plans, and discussed key logistical arrangements to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the conference.
Following the meeting, a delegation of the Foundation called on Shri Syed Fakhruddin Hamid, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to brief him on the preparations for the event. The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the initiative and assured the delegation of the district administration’s full cooperation and support.

The “Mulaqat” Interfaith Dialogue aims to bring together religious leaders, civil society representatives, government officials, youth, and members of the public on a common platform to promote mutual respect, communal harmony, and constructive dialogue.
The Foundation expressed confidence that the conference would make a meaningful contribution towards strengthening peace, unity, and social cohesion in the region while fostering greater understanding among diverse communities.
