Apni Party chief Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari has condemned the reported missile attack on Riyadh International Airport, describing the loss of civilian lives and injuries as deeply alarming.

In a statement, Bukhari said the reported attack, which he said left at least 12 people dead and around 300 injured, was particularly concerning as it was reportedly the third attack on the airport within a week.

“The missile attack on Riyadh International Airport, which left at least 12 people dead and 300 injured, is deeply alarming,” Bukhari said.

He also expressed concern over the repeated attacks on the airport and their potential impact on civilians and essential infrastructure.

Bukhari said that targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure was a serious matter and should be condemned unequivocally.

“Targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure is a clear violation of international law and must be unequivocally condemned,” he said.

His remarks come amid heightened tensions in the region following a series of reported missile and drone attacks targeting Saudi Arabia.
