Chance encounter breaks out in Nowhatta: Police
Srinagar, Aug 14 : A chance encounter broke out between forces and militants in Nowhatta area of Srinagar on Sunday evening.
As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), police in a tweet said that the chance encounter broke out in Nowhatta while police and CRPF are on job.
